For all reservations the payment must be made in full (you can put an option of a couple days). In case of cancellation: 15 to 7 days before departure: 20% of total amount 6 to 1 day(s) before departure: 30% of total amount Day of departure: 50% of total amount Not at departure: 100% of total amount. File fees are non-refundable. In case of round-trip ticket: If the there trip was made (or registered at the port), the return ticket can not be canceled but only changed to an open date ticket less than a day before departure (in high season) or the same day (in low season). Open date tickets are nor exchangeable nor refundable in case of cancellation. They are valid for a year after emission. |
